Fit tips: True to size with stretch but firm in the waist, making it a bit snugger of a fit. I would suggest sizing up if unsure/in between. I'd suggest roughly the following waist limit for sizes 4-25", 6-27", 8-29", 10-31", 12-33" for most comfortable fit.
