Return/Exchange Policy
*HOLIDAY EXTENSION: If you are purchasing a holiday gift this season we have extended our exchange period, all holiday exchanges must be received by January 15th, 2025*
We allow returns for exchange/store credit only, we do not offer refunds.
Please try on items carefully, keeping all tags intact and be sure to try bottoms on over top of your own underwear.
In order to be eligible for exchange items must be in the pristine, new condition they were received with all tags attached. If items received back are deemed to be worn or unsalable we will not be able to offer exchange/store credit. Please keep items wrapped in package and stowed away safely until you are able to send back.
Items must be sent back within two weeks of receiving. All return postage is buyer's responsibility, including postage for sending out exchange.
Returned items must be sent regular tracked mail and if sending from from OUTSIDE OF CANADA make sure they are clearly marked RETURN, otherwise you risk incurring additional customs duties and taxes which will be deducted from return. DO NOT send via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or there will be additional fees.

We inspect every item prior to shipping and take great care in packaging items carefully. If you have received a damaged item, please contact gigi@gigishouseoffrills.com.
All opened hosiery/authentic vintage items/cosmetics, SALE items are final sale and we cannot offer exchange. (For SALE we can exchange for the exact same item different size only)
