How to use:

Step 1: Get naked.

Step 2: Fill tub halfway with warm water, optimal temperature 38° C.

Step 3: Add in 1-2 cups of HINOKi under running water

Step 4: Get in. You've earned it. Soak for a minimum of 20 minutes.
