Fit: Stretchy but true to size, stick to the size chart for best fit - hip/butt doesn't matter as the skirt is flowy and a few extra inches otherwise should also be fine. L/XL will stretch to fit dress size 18 however the fit will be snug and skimpy, not flowy as shown on model.
