Made of a soft mesh tulle, the dots are slightly raised and velvety!

The glove measures 8.5" from tip of middle finger to wrist, not stretchy but a touch of give and easy to pull down if you have a smaller hand - I am about a glove size 7 and thought these worked well enough even if they were a touch roomy.
