The perfect combination of "cute" and "glamorous", these sturdy little snoods are hand embellished with puff ball polka dots on Russian netting with a soft velvet tie to pull and secure.

An easy way to achieve a high glamour pinup hair-do! May be worn as shown over a pompadour or at the nape of the neck as was more common back in the day.
